1. Subject
KrolikoFerma.kz is an information platform: a directory of farms, classifieds, posts and a communication channel between users. The platform is not a party to transactions, does not accept payment for goods and does not guarantee their quality.
2. Account
Registration requires a first name, last name and e-mail. Users are responsible for keeping their password safe. Farms, posts and classifieds can be published after the e-mail is confirmed.
3. Farm page
By creating a page the user confirms being the owner or an authorised representative of the farm and that the information is accurate. The first publication and significant changes are moderated.
4. Content
Users publish only their own materials or materials they have the right to use and follow the publication rules. The platform may hide or reject violating materials, notifying the author with the right to appeal.
5. Paid services
Only promotion services on the platform are paid. Terms are set out in the public offer. Payment never affects ratings, reviews or verification.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Users make decisions on transactions themselves.
7. Changes
A new version is published on this page; significant changes are announced by e-mail.
