Data we process
- Account: first and last name, e-mail, language, optional phone.
- Farm page: farm information, contacts (only those you mark are published), photos, verification documents (never published).
- Inquiries: the applicant's name and contact method — passed only to the chosen farm.
- Technical data: hashed IP address, browser details, sign-in log.
Purposes
Operating the directory and accounts, communication between users, moderation and abuse prevention, notifications, legal compliance.
What we do not do
We do not collect farmers' dates of birth; we do not publish BIN/IIN, documents, exact addresses or hidden contacts; we do not sell data.
Storage
The personal data database is hosted in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Your rights
In your account you can export and correct your data, withdraw consent to publish contacts and close the account.

We use necessary cookies (session, language, form protection).
